The Opus Group (Opus) today announces the promotion of Mike Stromberg to director of real estate development for our Kansas City office. In his new role, Mike is responsible for identifying and executing on industrial, residential, office and retail developments for the region, including managing the site selection and acquisition process and overseeing design and construction as well as project marketing and leasing.

Mike joined Opus in 2016 and most recently held the position of senior manager of real estate development. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Louis University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC) and Urban Land Institute.
