The Opus Group® (Opus) announced that
Pete Conlon has been promoted to executive vice president of capital markets for Opus Development Company, L.L.C. In this expanded role he will work closely with
Matt Rauenhorst, president and CEO of Opus Development, on capital allocation and will lead the capital markets function. Conlon will also join the company's executive leadership group. Opus is streamlining its team as it continues to expand its portfolio of available capital.

Conlon has more than 20 years of real estate experience, eight of which have been at Opus.
Conlon holds a Master of Science degree in real estate finance and investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, New York University Alumni Association, University of California, Davis Alumni Association and NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association.
