The Opus Group (Opus) has promoted Shanna Strowbridge to vice president and general counsel. In her new role, she is responsible for providing legal guidance and advice to all companies and associates within Opus, as well as overseeing the risk management and environmental risk groups, and supervising the work of outside law firms. Strowbridge joined Opus in June 2022 as associate general counsel. She reports to
Tim Murnane, president and chief executive officer of Opus.

Strowbridge has been a real estate and construction lawyer in the Minneapolis market for more than 24 years and has extensive experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. She previously led the legal team at Schafer Richardson and served as associate general counsel with CSM Corporation. She was also a shareholder at both Moss & Barnett and Monroe Moxness Berg, and an attorney with Winthrop & Weinstine.
Strowbridge earned a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor's degree in History and English from the University of Minnesota.
