The Opus Group (Opus) announced today the start of construction on a speculative industrial building in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The
130,000-square-foot development will be located within the Golden Triangle of the high-demand submarket in the southwest Twin Cities metro.

Kit Bennett, senior manager of real estate development at Opus. “This will be one of the only buildings in the area with more than 100,000 square feet of continuous space with higher clear height. We are proud to swiftly deliver this project to meet the demands of users in this infill industrial space."
The building location allows for convenient access to Interstate 494 and state Highways 212, 169 and 62. The development will have 28-foot clear height, 182 parking stalls, 19 dock doors, electric vehicle charging stations and glass curtain walls to allow for natural lighting on the north and east sides of the building.
The highly-functional and customizable space appeals to a broad set of potential tenants. It is located in close proximity to the
Southwest Light Rail Transit, which is currently under construction and slated for completion in 2023 to connect downtown Minneapolis to Eden Prairie. Golden Triangle Corporate Center will bring new jobs to the city upon its scheduled completion in June 2021.
Opus is the developer, design-builder, interior designer and architect and structural engineer of record. Bill Ritter, Joe Owen and Corbin Chapman of Colliers International are leasing the project for Opus.
