In fall 2014 we finished Venue at Dinkytown—our third student housing development near the University of Minnesota campus in just three years. Located in the heart of the university’s beloved Dinkytown neighborhood, the six-story, mixed-use student housing project includes 246 beds and 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
