Residents’ safety and security is a high priority in our student housing projects. We look to a number of features to make sure residents are safe. Key fobs and security cameras are two important safety features.
Key Fobs
Each unit has key fob access to enter the apartment and a separate fob code to enter each bedroom. That way, each resident of the unit has access to the main door and their individual or shared bedroom door with the same fob, providing privacy and security to them in their own bedroom.
Security Cameras
Security cameras placed throughout the building help deter crime. But they also deter another important nuisance in apartments: damage.
