With five student housing projects currently under construction, we’re seeing a continued demand for amenity-rich housing options near campuses across the country. Read what our experts have to say about the various aspects of these unique projects.
Today, read about the positive accolades Stadium Village Flats and The Station on Washington, our first two off-campus student housing projects, have received from its residents.
I chose to live at The Station on Washington because I can literally walk across the street for class, and go home for lunch or when I need to study. It saves me a lot of time and money by not having to eat out all the time.

The Station on Washington is located on the light rail, close to the stadium and a block away from the Rec center. It’s also surrounded by plenty of places to eat and there’s a hotel across the street so when my parents visit, they have a place to stay. The convenience of it makes my life a lot less stressful with school. I wouldn’t trade it for the world right now.
