The Right Experts in Any Location
Dave Bangasser on the unique organization of our team of experts.
With just eight offices across the country, we’ve built a footprint that expands beyond the geography of our office locations. Because we are organized by discipline rather than geography, we can provide the best people to work on projects in any location.
When St. Paul, Minn.-based Gander Mountain approached us to help expand their presence in the south, we had the team to do it. Opus Design Build, L.L.C. superintendent Greg Swanson moved from Minneapolis to Tuscaloosa, Ala. for the duration of the project to ensure a smooth process. Greg became part of the community, forging relationships with city officials and the local chamber of commerce to create a partnership with the community.
Similarly, when we were selected to develop, design and construct the new corporate headquarters for Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in the Princeton, N.J. area, we were able to assemble the best team to complete the 250,000-square-foot Class A office campus. The project management team, including Chicago team members, was led by John Williams, a 30-year Minneapolis project management veteran with expertise in large-scale office projects.
Recently, when we built a 127,000-square-foot world headquarters for The Gavilon Group, L.L.C. in downtown Omaha, we assembled a team from multiple offices – Denver, Milwaukee, Des Moines and Minneapolis. These team members traveled to the site or took up temporary residence in Omaha and provided the correct mix of expertise and knowledge for the project.
No matter where a client or project is located in the U.S., our team of experts is familiar with establishing relationships in any market to get the job done.
