Opus Time Lapse: Aspired Living of La Grange Completion

Using our unique design-build approach, we built Aspired Living of La Grange, an assisted living facility with a continuum of care in La Grange, Ill., for Pathway to Living.

The five-story building includes 116 assisted living units for residents of all ages who need basic daily assistance and support in a home-like, apartment setting. Designed to promote wellbeing and community-building, the facility includes:

• fitness center
• salon and spa
• casual dining in the bistro
• more formal dining in the restaurant
• movie theatre
• large exterior courtyard
• interior courtyard for memory care residents
