Our development, design-build and design team transformed the former Detroit Artillery Armory site into a modern industrial space – Armory Industrial, a 275,401-square-foot speculative building in Oak Park, Mich.
Prior to the start of construction, the originally planned speculative building was fully leased to a single user – Tire Wholesalers. The building is used as a headquarters and distribution center, consolidating operations for the tenant. The company was drawn to the 17-acre site on Eight Mile Road because of its prime location with convenient access to I-96 and I-94.
