Union Tempe Recognized as ENR Southwest Best Project

​We're excited to announce Union Tempe was recognized by ENR Southwest as a 2019 Best Project!

We brought this first-of-its-kind project to the area with the help of local contractor Sundt Construction on a tight timeline. Union Tempe has 407 units – in studio and one-, two- and four-bedroom layouts – and 31,512 square feet of street level retail and restaurant space. The building consists of two towers of 20 and 12 stories and features a vibrant fifth floor outdoor amenity deck, fitness center, dog walk and a 350 vehicle public parking garage.
