Our Challenge

When Gavilon selected us to develop a new 128,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, they had one important design request: a state-of-the-art trading floor to support their growing grain and commodities trading business.

Our Solution

To deliver their vision, we formed a multi-city team based on discipline and experience.

By working collaboratively with the client and other partners, we created a two-story, 35,000-square-foot, column-free trading floor, providing employees unblocked views and enabling them to work and trade more efficiently.
