It’s been a great week at all of our offices as we’ve raised money, pledged more money and served our communities in a variety of ways. I know it’s been a learning experience for my coworkers and I, and I’m excited to share the reasons they live united.
I Live United to be inspired. To be a positive force in someone’s life or a community in need is an incredible feeling. When some challenges are more than one individual can handle on their own, together we can move the needle in the right direction.

For one thing, my wife and I both grew up in families with these values. We have tried to instill the values of giving back to the community and service to others in our children, and it is amazing to see where they have taken that already in their young adult lives. Another reason we live united is that it makes us feel good. When it comes to service, you will always get back more than you give, seeing the smile on someone’s face and the gratitude in their eyes. It is quite humbling.
