Opus Time Lapse: Climate by Design International Completion

Climate by Design International (CDI) chose our team to develop and construct a 203,760-square-foot headquarters and production facility in Owatonna, Minnesota. The building allowed CDI to bring all its operations and employees into a single facility, streamlining production and distribution while strengthening its corporate culture and supporting growth into new markets.

The building includes a two-story office with abundant glass to draw in natural light and manufacturing and distribution space. The design includes a wide range of amenities to help retain and attract the company's growing workforce. It features:

• four dock doors
• 221 vehicle parking stalls
• two large training rooms
• catering kitchen and large two-story cafeteria with floor-to-ceiling windows
• outdoor patio and walking path around the 14-acre property
• air conditioning throughout the building, including the manufacturing area
• fitness room with lockers and showers
• prayer room
• bike room
