The RJ Schinner facility was developed on the last remaining parcel in Southeast Industrial Park, one of the few rail-served sites in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul market. With our design-build delivery approach, collaboration with the City of Cottage Grove and Hillcrest Development, we were able to provide a solution to accommodate RJ Schinner’s needs now and into the future.
