Complementing the industrial warehouse is a two-story, 20,600-square-foot office space, as well as ample parking. With the help of our collaborative design-build approach, the industrial warehouse and office facility creates a highly-customized and functional building for CenterPoint Energy.

Focusing on effective and responsible business practices, the CenterPoint Energy Regional Operations Facility achieved LEED Silver certification.
