Responsibilities

Manages construction projects, including collaboratively developing scope, project cost estimates, project schedules, project safety plan, and project quality assurance program
Coordinates with field and safety team to identify, plan and provide the resources needed to perform each project safely
Facilitates execution of all project processes and project contractual requirements
Supports collaboration between all project team members and stakeholders
Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on projects

Experience

Brian joined the industry in 2019 with JLL/Honeywell (owner rep), gaining experience on capital improvement projects, including site improvements, manufacturing and production buildouts prior to joining us in 2021. He focuses on speculative industrial, tenant improvement and multifamily projects. Brian's portfolio includes over 525,000 square feet of completed industrial projects and 407,000 square feet of completed multifamily projects, including 335 units.

While away from the office, Brian enjoys woodworking, cooking, archery and hunting.
