Dave Strzelecki

Dave began his construction career in 2017 as a Project Intern at Kiewit Power and Pepper Construction and Project Engineer at Clark Construction. He joined our team in 2021. He has experience in industrial, multifamily, office, retail and government projects.

Dave is proactive, self-motived and determined to be the best he can be. He possesses decision-making and interpersonal communication skills that allow him to deliver value on projects.

Dave was managing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems in the construction of a high-rise office tower when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. He facilitated design changes of the HVAC & electrical systems to make a safe/healthy building for future viruses by retrofitting equipment with UV filters and increasing outside air intake to minimize recirculating air from one floor to the next.

The client needed to stay operational during the Euclid Beverage Expansion (North Aurora, IL). Dave worked closely with the team to facilitate a preconstruction phasing meeting with the client to clearly outline any potential impacts to their operations and create the construction schedule around their busy times to meet the client’s daily needs while also keeping our construction schedule on track.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys woodworking, house renovations, camping, fishing, backpacking, snowboarding and skiing.
