Experience

Jaymes began his career in the construction industry in 2009 and joined our team in 2016. His portfolio includes over 1.7 million square feet of completed industrial and multifamily projects with839 multifamily market rate rental units. His impact is most commonly found in the Colorado markets, but he has also completed work in Phoenix and Texas. Within his role, he's always looking for ways to improve our projects through continuous open discussions and brainstorming sessions, understanding that constant exchange of ideas ensures he and his team deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

Jaymes’ leadership and project management skills enabled a successful outcome on 19Nineteen Mile High Apartments, a 12-story, 277-unit development in Denver. This site faced a unique challenge due to the location directly adjacent to the Denver Broncos football stadium and sharing two property lines with the stadium. Understanding the importance of building a positive relationship with the Broncos staff, Jaymes took proactive steps to foster cooperation and goodwill. His approach included meticulously planning the construction activities to minimize disruption, maintaining continuous communication with the Broncos organization, and ensuring the site and surrounding areas were kept clean and organized. As a result of the commitment to relationship-building and open communication, the Broncos became valuable partners, which was critical to the success of the project. This experience underscored the importance of proactive relationship management and effective communication in overcoming obstacles and achieving project success.

Throughout his career, Jaymes has had the privilege of contributing to countless discussions leading to improved project outcomes. In his role in our integrated team, he serves as a single point of responsibility, facilitating collaboration among experts from various disciplines. His dedication to continuous improvement has consistently resulted in successful project deliveries, client satisfaction and a reputation for excellence.

Outside of work, his family (wife and two young daughters) are at the heart of everything he does. Together, they enjoy exploring new places and immersing themselves in the great outdoors.
