Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day jobsite management, including overseeing other field supervisory team members
  • Maintains and reinforces safety programs on the project
  • Monitors progress schedule and construction activities to ensure the project progresses safely, meets schedule requirements and satisfies established quality standards
  • Frequently reviews subcontractor work to verify it is performed safely and conforms with project contract requirements
  • Verifies construction of the project conforms to governmental requirements, the project plans and specifications and the project contract requirements
  • Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on project
