  • Oversees and directs the Human Resources department and organizational activities that create and support an inclusive environment that embraces our values and engages and inspires our workforce
  • Areas of specific responsibility include recruitment and staffing; performance management; organizational development; employment and regulatory compliance; associate onboarding, development and training; rewards and recognition, policy development and accountability; associate communications; total rewards including compensation and benefits, retirement plan management, and office and facilities management; ensuring effective and engaging workspaces

Experience

Kelli began her Human Resources career in 2001 and joined our team in 2011. She has experience in the development, implementation and oversight of human resource activities, including workforce planning, performance monitoring, reward and recognition, benefits, personnel policies, regulatory compliance and employee training and development.
