Responsibilities

  • Leads the marketing and brand team to deliver an exceptional brand experience and integrated marketing strategies that create value for our clients, partners, communities and associates, and ultimately drive business results via brand awareness, engagement and advocacy
  • Accountable for marketing, corporate & employer brand, internal & external communications, public & media relations, customer & market intelligence and graphic design
  • Develops and leads our enterprise diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in collaboration with our Chief Human Resources Officer

Experience

Kim joined our team in 2015. She began her business and marketing career in 1996. Previously, Kim held senior leadership and strategic marketing or customer experience roles at Polaris Industries, Jostens and MoneyGram International.
