Matt Rauenhorst

Matt started his career in commercial real estate in 2004 and joined our team in 2008. He has overseen the development of many projects and product types, including office, industrial, multifamily, senior living, retail and institutional. Previously, Matt held positions at Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate and Habitat for Humanity.

Matt is a thoughtful, disciplined executive who masterfully identifies strategies that ensure success for us, our clients and our partners. Always with his eyes on the horizon, Matt takes a long-term view when making decisions and leading initiatives. Among his most prominent skills is managing change, which is key, given the ever-evolving nature of the industry and the fact that no two projects are the same. Matt is calm, respectful and collaborative when managing through challenges, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders.

A steady and supportive leader, Matt is a man of his word who truly lives our core values. He believes that what elevates us is our people and considers empowering associates as they grow and progress in their careers among his greatest accomplishments.

Matt’s life outside work is immersed in raising three young children. In partnership with his wife, guiding them and watching them grow is Matt’s greatest joy. In addition to keeping up with the kids’ activities at home, they enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures as a family.
