Experience
Pat began his project management career with our team in 2013. As senior project manager, he effectively leads by example, navigating challenges with a calm demeanor, which has been complimented by both business partners and clients. His proactive communication and ability to build relationships aid in achieving projects on or ahead of schedule. These key skills allow Pat to deliver through challenging complexities and situations.
At Ari on Fourth apartments located near the University of Arizona in Tucson, a major power utility feed running through the project site needed to be relocated. Due to several obstacles, including government approvals and coordination with other utilities in the relocation area, removal of the power line was delayed. Through re-sequencing excavation and foundation crews as well as re-designing basement earth retention systems spontaneously, Pat and his team were able to complete a majority of the underground work with the power line still in place. Shortly after the power line was removed, the team was able to start building vertically, with minimum impact to the schedule and maintaining the planned completion.
When away from the office, Pat enjoys working on home renovation projects and outdoor activities including hiking, running, biking, walking his dog, gardening and kayaking. He also enjoys following Minnesota professional sports and the Iowa State Cyclones.
