Experience

Pete began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 and joined Team Opus in 2015 with significant experience in various aspects of the industry, including acquisitions, brokerage, development and investment management. He built the platform and framework for our joint venture partnership program with institutional investors.

Since joining Opus, Pete has structured and closed more than $3 billion in joint-venture partnerships with capital partners, enabling the development of industrial, multifamily, student living and senior living projects across the country.

Working closely with our developers across the country, Pete is a well versed at identifying and analyzing opportunities that benefit all stakeholders. He’s a naturally collaborative, people-focused leader who prioritizes building and nurturing long-lasting relationships internally and externally.
