Rick Tucker

Rick started his career in construction in 2004 and joined us in 2017. Previously, Rick worked at Ryan Companies US, Inc. He has overseen the construction of many projects, including industrial, office, retail, higher education, manufacturing and healthcare.

Throughout his career, Rick has developed many skills that contribute to the successful delivery of projects, including attention to detail, problem solving and decision making, teamwork and strong customer service. While working on WorldWide Logistics in Urbandale, Iowa, Rick brought attention to the fact that the project design and budgeting were initiated in 2019, three years prior to construction, and suggested the team review the interior finishes with the client again. Upon review, the owners decided they wanted to pursue a different design direction for the final finishes. This prevented disappointment and possible rework and instead provided a space for collaboration and a successful building.

His leadership and skills have not only been admired by his team members, but by clients as well. Described as a "breath of fresh air", the clients at WorldWide Logistics praised Rick for his communication, accuracy and attention to everything they needed. Knowledgeable in his field and determined to find the best solutions for his clients, he adds value to any project team he is a part of.
