Responsibilities

Manages pursuit, design, construction and activation on projects to ensure they meet or exceed safety, budget, schedule, quality and client satisfaction goals
Coordinates with field and safety team to identify, plan and provide the resources needed to perform each project safely
Organizes and manages the project team to ensure individual accountability and clarity of roles
Ensures sufficient resources are allocated to successfully achieve all project goals and contract requirements
Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on projects

Experience

Ryan began his career in 1998 and joined us in 2014. He brought diverse experience as a project designer and a journeyman electrician to his current role that provide him a unique perspective and set of skills in construction project management. He has direct experience with us in office, industrial, senior living, data centers and institutional projects, totaling approximately 2.7 million square feet and over $225 million of work.

His ability to develop strong working relationships, paired with his top-notch organizational skills, helps Ryan to drive thoughtful solutions and impactful results. Charter Communications in Parker, Colorado, had "white box" office expansion space within their building that would house 70 associates in the future; however, they approached us with the desire to accommodate 135 associates. Ryan and his team found the solution to be the construction of a mezzanine inside the existing building that included foundations, stairs and an elevator. This solution provided two levels of office space within the same building footprint. The most recent facility modifications include adding a third 4000 Amp electrical service, backup power systems, and reconfiguration of their data lab to accommodate additional data racks to reduce their need for offsite data storage.
