Responsibilities

Manages pursuit, design, construction and activation on projects to ensure they meet or exceed safety, budget, schedule, quality and client satisfaction goals
Coordinates with field and safety team to identify, plan and provide the resources needed to perform each project safely
Organizes and manages the project team to ensure individual accountability and clarity of roles
Ensures sufficient resources are allocated to successfully achieve all project goals and contract requirements
Actively promotes and supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment on projects

Experience

Trey began his career with us in 2015 after joining the team as an intern in 2012. His project sector experience includes multifamily, speculative and build-to-suit industrial and warehouse industrial tenant build outs. Trey has demonstrated throughout his career that his strong work ethic and attention to detail has contributed to successful project solutions and results.

His strategic thinking and focus on client service during projects has led to strong relationships with clients who have expressed their appreciation for an efficient and smooth process.

Trey's collaboration and leadership on Ellison Apartments in Des Plaines, Illinois, is an example of this. He worked with the team of designers and consultants to lead and organize a Quality Assurance & Quality Control kick off meeting with the objective of identifying the various inspections, goals and mockups the team wanted throughout the project. It was determined that building a 10x10 exterior wall portion, which included every penetration type on the project, to full scale would be a useful tool during construction. This thoroughness proved to be beneficial at each step of the project, aiding subcontractors to know exactly how to execute their work while having a reference point.

When he's not working, Trey can be found rooting for his favorite sport teams, which include Marquette University Basketball, the Cleveland Browns and Guardians. He also enjoys kayaking and golfing.
