A Class A facility, 33 Commerce Center sits on 18 acres in Marysville’s up-and-coming 33 Innovation Park, a highly desirable industrial park located just outside of town near the Union County Airport. We worked closely with Union County-Marysville Economic Development to secure the land and establish a financing model that’s mutually beneficial for the community and the project.
