Recognizing a need for office space for smaller tenants, our team converted an iconic, single-tenant office building on the western edge of Minneapolis on Interstate 394 into a modern, multitenant office building with first-rate amenities.
Located near downtown Minneapolis, the mid-century, nine-story, 308,681-square-foot office building has served several previous owners and tenants, including Prudential Insurance and Target Corporation.
