Union Delivers Dynamic Multifamily Living in Temp

The first of its kind in the area, we brought a mixed-use development consisting of retail and high-rise, upscale apartments to a vibrant, property on the edge of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Formerly a surface parking lot, the transformed property encompasses a full city block and offers students and local residents a living option within walking distance of the campus, downtown Tempe, the Mill Avenue retail and entertainment district, Tempe’s business district, and the light rail transit system.

This mixed-use development features two high-rise apartment towers connected to 31,512 square feet of retail and restaurant space at ground level along University and 7th Street. Featuring a cascading design, the towers are 20 and 12 stories high with 407 apartments consisting of studio and one- and two-bedroom units, as well as some four-bedroom units with dens. With 7th Street frontage, the second tower has 22 walk-up city homes and flats wrapping the first four stories of the tower.
