Ascend Brings First-Class TOD Student Living to Richmond, Virginia

To meet demand for student living and in alignment with the city’s density plans, we developed Ascend Richmond near Virginia Commonwealth University. Ascend is a 12-story, 241,000-square-foot mixed-use tower in Richmond, Virginia.

The building has 168 units and 428 beds. Conveniently situated on the Pulse bus rapid transit line on a major corridor in the northwest quadrant of Richmond, it is the first transit-oriented development (TOD) to serve this community.
