Charter Communications

Charter Communications needed a new facility to consolidate its workforce into a central location. They needed a building that could provide both office space and a data center lab facility; requirements that could not be met with the current building inventory in the Denver market.

To solve the company’s usage requirements, we partnered with Charter and Compark Business Campus to develop an 85,000-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial building near the C-470 and I-25 Business Corridor in Englewood, Colo.

In addition to the data center lab and office space, the facility features conference rooms, break areas and a mezzanine level.
