Tapping into Long-Term Relationship to Help Conagra Foods Expand Presence in Indiana

Continuing a long-term relationship, ConAgra Foods enlisted our team to help them expand their presence in Indiana by consolidating their distribution network in the Midwest with a new 1.6-million-square-foot dry foods distribution center in Frankfort.

The city of Frankfort was an ideal location for ConAgra. In recent years, the city has created an Economic Development Plan and a Redevelopment Commission that have poised it to be an appealing market for new development and economic growth.
