Corsa Apartments Brings Transit-Oriented Multifamily Living Along Light Rail Line in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

In an ideal location, adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve and one block south of the Beltline Boulevard Station in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, we developed, designed and built a market-rate multifamily development.

The 250-unit transit-oriented development includes sustainable green features and 7,445 square feet of retail space. Corsa residents are a short walk from trendy restaurants and retailers as well as Wolfe Park with walking trails, an amphitheater, picnic shelters, playgrounds and basketball and pickleball courts. The Minneapolis Chain of Lakes are less than two miles east.
