After working together in the south, Gander Mountain tapped Opus' expertise to work in more familiar markets – Minnesota, Illinois, Colorado and Ohio.

We built or renovated 11 retail stores for Gander Mountain, totaling more than 614,000 square feet, across seven states, in:

• Algonquin, Illinois
• Opelika and Tuscaloosa (Alabama)
• Forest Lake, Minnesota
• Parker, Colorado
• Youngstown, Ohio
• Lansing, Michigan

The stores include mercantile floor space, storage and office areas for store operations teams.
