Our team developed, designed and constructed a 130,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on one of the last remaining available industrial parcels in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It is a unique offering, as 100,000+ square-feet of continuous space is uncommon in Eden Prairie where functional industrial space has been in short supply for more than 20 years.
