Master-Planned Next Generation Industrial Development Leases to Leading National Businesses

With growing demand for industrial properties in the area, we developed two buildings adjacent to the rail line in the Goodyear Crossing Industrial Park in Goodyear, Arizona. It was one of the largest zoned, shovel-ready, rail-served sites inside the 303 Corridor in Southwest Phoenix. This development was a strong addition to the established industrial park, which is anchored by notable tenants like Amazon and Macy’s.

We first built a 540,000-square-foot, speculative building that was leased to a national pet food producer who was expanding their operations in Arizona to support increased demand in the western U.S. Our design-build team completed tenant improvements for them in this next-generation facility.
