Custom Distribution Hub Delivers Efficiency for Hallmark
Kansas City-based Hallmark is well-versed in consumer shopping behavior. With the rapid progression of online shopping, the company decided to increase the efficiency of its distribution operations in Liberty, Missouri, where they'd already been operating for 50 years. Hallmark chose our team to develop, design and build the 847,475-square-foot distribution center.
Conveniently located near Interstate 35 and Highway 69, the new distribution center is one mile from their existing center. The new building allowed Hallmark to expand operations in a community it has been part of for five decades – a win for the company, its employees and Liberty.
