To meet demand for modern, functional industrial space in a submarket ripe and ready to expand, we acquired nearly 16 acres in Mokena, Illinois, and developed, designed and constructed two speculative industrial buildings.
Located just 36 miles from Chicago and 12 miles east of Joliet, the development fills a need for industrial space in an area that lacked sufficient supply to meet demand. The buildings were the first of their kind in the area and were designed for flexibility and to appeal to a variety of industrial users.
