To meet demand for modern, functional industrial space in a submarket ripe and ready to expand, our team purchased nearly 16 acres in Mokena, Illinois. On the property, we developed, designed and constructed two speculative industrial buildings.

Located just 36 miles from Chicago and 12 miles east of Joliet, the development fills a need for industrial space in an area that currently lacks sufficient supply to meet demand. The buildings were the first of their kind in the area and were designed for flexibility and to appeal to a variety of industrial users. Building 1 is 154,566 square feet and building 2 is 113,627 square feet. The buildings have visibility from Interstate 80 and close proximity to La Grange Avenue and the Interstate 80 interchange.
