North Star Sheets at Southeast Industrial Park

Phase I Build-to-Suit

We developed, designed and built the first building in Southeast Industrial Park for North Star Sheets. The build-to-suit industrial facility totals 161,000 square feet.

North Star Sheets chose to pursue development at Southeast Industrial Park due to the size of the property and the benefits of being rail served and shovel ready. In addition to delivering a building to support their vision, culture and goals, our integrated delivery model enabled an aggressive timeline to meet the company's operational requirements.

This building was completed in September 2018.

Phase II Expansion

With a desire to better serve their clients and grow their business, North Star Sheets chose to expand their facility. We designed and constructed a 35,000-square-foot addition and increased their total footprint by over four acres.

The expansion was completed in February 2022.
