Ford Motor Company at Building 9
In 2014, our team was contracted to complete tenant improvements (TI) for Ford Motor Company in Building 9, which was originally built in 2007. Ford uses the facility as a distribution center for automotive parts. The TI included an office area, expanded dock capacity, new lighting and paint, and upgrades to the HVAC system.
