Early Collaboration, Preconstruction Services Prove Crucial for Corporate Campus

In the highly specialized and competitive corporate world, functioning efficiently and seamlessly is important. At the foundation of an efficient and collaborative organization is the space in which a company operates. A Twin Cities-based client needed a high-quality option to consolidate multiple metro offices and more than 1,500 employees into one location. The space also needed to highlight their company culture, facilitate collaboration and provide an attractive environment for current and potential employees.

The challenge: convert dated, multitenant office suites and a warehouse into an efficient, cohesive and inviting space. The space also demanded an extra element of utility, as it would house a mail distribution center.
