RJ Schinner at Southeast Industrial Park

On the last parcel of land, we developed, designed and built a 125,000-square-foot building for RJ Schinner, one of the nation's largest independent redistributors of janitorial/sanitation, foodservice and paper products.

Located at 7530 91st Street Alcove, the site accommodatew current and future needs with the ability to expand. The building features:

• 14 dock doors (expandable to 29)
• one drive-in door
• 30 parking stalls

Southeast Industrial Park includes a two-phase industrial build-to-suit for North Star Sheets.
