Rider Logistics Center Addressing Soaring Demand in Des Moines Market

With continued strong demand for industrial buildings in the Des Moines metro area and more growth on the horizon, we co-developed a 270,192-square-foot, modern industrial building in Grimes, Iowa with ATI Group.

The building is on a 16.5-acre site and is phase one of a multi-phase, master-planned 77-acre industrial park called Rider Logistics Center. It is conveniently located near the intersection of heavily trafficked Interstate 35/80 and Highway 141.
