Luxury Apartment Living Meets University of Minnesota

Assessing the student-housing options, our team saw an opportunity to bring a mid-rise luxury apartment development to the University of Minnesota campus. As a result, Stadium Village Flats made its campus debut in August 2012.

Stadium Village Flats is a six-story, mixed-use student housing community containing 120 units and 235 beds. Located adjacent to the University of Minnesota's East Bank, the luxury apartment complex offers close proximity to campus, TCF Bank Stadium, public transit, retail options and restaurants. Additionally, the upscale housing has a CVS/pharmacy, Noodles & Company and Dino’s Gyros on its street front.

A partnership with ESG Architects, a national leader in student and multifamily residential design, Stadium Village Flats was designed as a modern, energized living environment for students.

Each floor features a unique amenity lounge that brings students together and differentiates it from other living options near campus. These themed lounges create a live, work and play environment for students within one building. Themed areas include:

FLIXX: a state-of-the-art theatre room with theatre seating for up to 15 people
CHILL: a lobby area with comfy seating, TVs and a fireplace
FIT: a 24-hour cardio fitness center
ZEN: a yoga studio
CRAM: a computer-equipped study room
ZAP: a gaming room with two 50-inch flat screen TVs and a 7-foot pool table
SKY: the penthouse sky lounge, decked out with TVs, a beverage bar and lounge seating

From bicycles to scooters and cars, Stadium Village Flats offers underground parking totaling 120+ spaces for cars, 250 for bikes and a separate area for scooters. For residents seeking other modes of transportation, Stadium Village Flats is conveniently located near the light rail stop and is served by campus shuttles and public transportation.
