Client Direct Services Bringing Upscale Urban Living to Downtown Boise, Idaho

After plans with another contractor fell through, River Caddis Development turned to our Client Direct Services group to do the project architecture, interior design and design-build construction on an upscale, high-quality apartment building in the fast-growing community of Boise, Idaho. Jules on 3rd is an eight-story, mixed-use, multifamily development featuring 173 market-rate apartments with covered interior parking.

In the heart of downtown Boise, encompassing most of the block between South 2nd and South 3rd Streets and West Myrtle and Broad Streets, the development is in a prime urban location with pristine mountain views.
