Scholar Fulfills Demand for Luxury Living at the Edge of the University of Alabama at Birmingham

To meet evolving demand for student living in a growing community, we partnered with The McKinney Fund & Company to bring luxury living near the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Adjacent to the University in the heart of Birmingham, the 17-story, mixed-use community resides in the Five Points South area, the city's premier entertainment and culinary district. A National Register of Historic Places neighborhood, Five Points South is rich with landmark homes and churches that are among the city's finest and most distinguished architectural and historical resources.

With a prime location on the corner of 20th Street South and 10th Avenue, the building is walkable to campus, as well as a variety of retail, dining and entertainment options. The tower has 198 residential units accommodating up to 520 residents and includes prime retail space on the ground level.
