On 83 acres just 16 miles northeast of Indianapolis, we built an 862,235-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial building for Simply Good Foods. The Mount Comfort submarket offers logistical advantage and has become an established industrial distribution hub in the state of Indiana.

Simply Good Foods consolidated employees and operations from two existing buildings into this new facility. They can expand up to 332,000 square feet.
