The Jefferson Park neighborhood in Denver is undergoing a transformation, and our team contributed.
We developed, designed and built 19Nineteen Mile High Apartments, a 12-story, 277-unit multifamily apartment building.
The Jefferson Park neighborhood is energized with young families, walkability, grocers and great access to the downtown core. 19Nineteen Mile High Apartments is located in a prime location on the southern edge of the neighborhood near commerce in Downtown Denver, recreation and entertainment with nearby Mile High Stadium. Though the building will have highway visibility and is near Interstate 25, residents will not be dependent on car-only transportation but will have full and immediate access to the best of Denver's varying transportation options.
